After a study of the consumer¿s mechanisms of protection (making a special reference to the conclusion of contracts with general conditions), the students will approach to the function and main characteristics of the most important contracts in Private Law, especially from a commercial perspective. Thus, will be exposed the basic aspects of the contract of sale, deposit and work and service contracts. The content of the following lessons are focused to the understanding of mechanisms of credit and secured transactions, as relevant tools in business activity. To provide a more complete vision of the mercantile contract Law, the program includes a general view of diverse contracts used by the companies in order to organize their goods and services distribution just as the study of the basic features of insurance contract ¿both necessary instruments in business world.

Compétence à acquérir :

This course has as main objective to bring students to the main contracts they will work with in his professional life, mainly related to business world.
