Description du contenu de l'enseignement :
Sessions focusing on differents themes relatives to business process modelling in order to optimize processes and argue for the rationale solution for each situation :
- Introduction to traditionnal and widely-used business process modelling tools (UML, BPMN, project management monitoring, ..)
- Detect, analyze, model processes with BPMN
- Improve organizations and challenge their proceeses
- Importance and challenges of performance in organizations
- Blockchain: presentation, applications, opportunities and challenges
Compétence à acquérir :
- Being able to analyze and model a process in order to identify the improvements needed and propose recommandations to a client as consultant.
- Understand the challenges and business opportunities of blockchain technology
