Objectives:
This seminar brings an overview of the contemporary challenges for sectoral regulations. It combines transversal approaches considering in particular the institutional organization of regulation, and the digital transformation, with sectoral review of the specificities of regulation in energy, transportation, telecom, bank and finance, etc.Compétence à acquérir :
- Get an understanding of commonalities and specificities of policies across industries;
- Introduction to the basics of techno-economic, legal and political constraints of sectoral regulation;
- Foundations of competition policies
- Introduction to EU policies in regulated industries
